Oceana Property Partners has started 2022 with the settlement of a versatile warehouse facility at 61-67 Plymouth Road, Wingfield in South Australia for $6.6million.
The versatile warehouse facility with 38% site cover, is in a strategic location in one of Adelaide’s most sought-after industrial precincts close to major road, rail and shipping freight routes.
It has B-double access, multiple crossovers, full ‘drive-around’ access and 2,300 sqm of heavy-duty hardstand. The warehouse features six 10-tonne gantry cranes and an onsite washdown facility.
Investors were attracted to the secure 8% distribution and long-term value-add potential of this asset and the fund was oversubscribed.
