Our team has more than 200 years of funds management experience, and an eight-year track record of providing superior risk adjusted returns, with an average annual return of >14% IRR. OPP managers have direct property and investment management experience complemented by one of Australia’s largest alternative investment manager’s – Oceana Funds. The OPP business has built a strong reputation for executing core-plus and value-add strategies across the market – always adhering to our principals.
